Candolini
Back in 1898 Giovanni Giustino Candolini started distilling a grappa, which was
soon appreciated for its characteristics.
Grappa is a white spirit distilled from marc. It is a traditional product of
Northern Italy, which is gaining an important position on the markets of trendy
products. Candolini have a wide range of specialties.
Grappa Bianca, made from distillates of a highly select quality, features a
clean, refined flavour, It is white, crystal-clear with a fragrant, original
nose. The taste is smooth, fruity and well-balanced. Strength is 40% alc. by
vol. Its bottle, smartly, smoothly and essentially shaped, is very well-known.
Fernet Branca
The herbs and spices in Fernet Branca - there are approx. 30 of them - come
from the four continents. The blossoms, leaves, roots or plants are processed
in hydro-alcoholic infusions, extracts and decoctions, which are skilfully
blended together and keep the beneficial properties to be found in the end
product. For the high standard of quality that it features, Fernet Branca is
rounded up through over one year's ageing in oak casks.
